Depression
Fighting with depression is my everlasting struggle.
Hate Guilt & Worthlessness – Those are the things that oppress my feelings.
I disdain for allowing myself to fall into this never-ending nightmare.
I come out from this deep dark hole, still being trapped in– feeling like a prisoner.
I don’t want to let depression win.
That’s when I started to make these little reminders.
Reminders that’ll help me getting through days when depression is hitting me the hardest and to even make my days a little more bearable.
In clinical and psychological terms, Depression is defined as that emotional state, the mood varies from feeling low self-esteem or guilt, as such-Guilt for attempting immoral deeds, brings down the ability to enjoy life accordingly.
Loss of interest, bothering concentration, and hanging out when making decisions, lack of motivation, a humorous figure, or introvert in nature moreover, a person feels sadness, doldrums, frustration or pessimism, and higher self-depreciation that cause migraine & insomnia, however, insomnia is associated with depression.
The span of this morbid mental state is variable from person to person; it may be mild or severe, acute or chronic, untreated depression may last about four months or longer in the initial or mild stage. Depression is twice as dominant in women as in men.
The typical age of onset is in the 20s, but it may show itself at any age. It also comes out from a severe traumatic, sudden, or unexpected event. It is also said to be a “Panic Attack,” therefore, these three foes are merged.
Depression is clinically treated by both psychotherapeutic and pharmacological methods, whereas the psychotherapeutic method is safe and most recommended, while the pharmacological method can change brain chemistry.

A Frog Story
Put a
living frog in a water-filled vessel and start heating the water - as soon as
the water temperature starts to rise, the frog adjusts its body temperature
according to the water and continues until Water temperature does not reach
"the boiling point."
As soon as the water reaches the boiling point, the frog cannot be able to adjust its body to the boiling water accordingly, as such, it endeavors for life, at last tries to jump out of the vessel, but cannot be able to do so, eventually, frog can’t survive...

The moral of the story is, the frog loses its own energy trying to adapt to the environment and he could not decide to jump on time and keep himself fit in the atmosphere...

If you are living in the past you will be depressed because you are re-hashing things to you that is not going to happen again. If you are living in the future, you are going to be anxious, because you are anticipating what is coming, or you are wishing for things that aren't happening yet.
Where stress and Anxiety release, the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual health make life vibrant and the clarity of mind.
Being in the present moment is where you will have the greatest control, where you feel the most comfortable, and where euphoria flourishes. There is a tremendous connection between happiness, and the ability to live in the present moment.
A professor of positive psychology at The University of Pennsylvania,named Martin Seligman, studied happiness for decades. He says, “40% of your happiness levels are present by genetics, and the rest 60% you are underlying in complete control of your thoughts, and also he discovered that it doesn't matter what has happened to you. In fact, happiness comes down to right up to the MIND. It comes down to your thoughts, it comes down to your mindset, it comes down to your attitude, and you are 100% in control of what you are thinking, may not be in control of how you feel in the moment”.
Animals also, afflict with stress but have no addiction to anxieties, however, they crave for food.
We focus or magnify the stress and more on anxiety, then the depression automatically crops up.
Consider in your mind deeply to overturn & just invalidate the unpleasant events, and remodel them into the positive line-up.

manage stress, knowing is necessary for which subject you are in, focusing on
stress, anxiety or depression you'll be overwhelmed by these unarmed foes, so
deter them.
