When Happiness Flourishes

If you are living in the past you will be depressed because you are re-hashing things to you that is not going to happen again. If you are living in the future, you are going to be anxious, because you are anticipating what is coming, or you are wishing for things that aren't happening yet.

Where stress and Anxiety release, the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual health make life vibrant and the clarity of mind.

Being in the present moment is where you will have the greatest control, where you feel the most comfortable, and where euphoria flourishes. There is a tremendous connection between happiness, and the ability to live in the present moment.

A professor of positive psychology at The University of Pennsylvania, named Martin Seligman, studied happiness for decades. He says, “40% of your happiness levels are present by genetics, and the rest 60% you are underlying in complete control of your thoughts, and also he discovered that it doesn't matter what has happened to you. In fact, happiness comes down to right up to the MIND. It comes down to your thoughts, it comes down to your mindset, it comes down to your attitude, and you are 100% in control of what you are thinking, may not be in control of how you feel in the moment”.

Animals also, afflict with stress but have no addiction to anxieties, however, they crave for food.

We focus or magnify the stress and more on anxiety, then the depression automatically crops up.

Consider in your mind deeply to overturn & just invalidate the unpleasant events, and remodel them into the positive line-up.

Conclusion

How to manage stress, knowing is necessary for which subject you are in, focusing on stress, anxiety or depression you'll be overwhelmed by these unarmed foes, so deter them.

A compassionate & tenderhearted person, who controls the stress and anxiety as much faster than others & leads his life charming.
